Unqualified Opinions is a startup digital presence and communications consulting firm. Its principal, Brian Flores, brings over 15 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), Business Process Modeling and Re-engineering (BPM/R), Quality Assurance (QA) and Communications consulting to his role at the firm. His passion is connecting people, helping businesses and non-profits establish their online presences, and integrating digital mediums into organizations’ broader communications strategies. Mr. Flores is an active music, technology and culture blogger and photographer who has worked with the MetroMusicScene blog and the ImaginePR music publicity & marketing firm, and who has had his work re-published on NPR.org.

Unqualified.org began its existence as the personal blog of Brian Flores. Many of the posts are still here, some have been password-protected, and some may have been taken down from public view.
